Family Business Paradox Inc. is a family owned consulting firm servicing families who work together.

Terri Heggum-Allen has been working with her family for more than 20 years in a family business founded three generations back in 1926.

In addition to the first-hand experience as a business family, Terri also has many years of training and experience helping other families who work together. As a chartered accountant since the 1980's, she also fully understands the business aspect of the family business paradox.
